4. Contact form
When you use our contact form, we process the information entered by you, including your name, email address, optional telephone number, customer group, message and collection-service preference.
We also process the submission time, IP address and technical spam-protection information. The form uses a hidden honeypot field and a timing check. In the live environment, the IP address is included in the internal enquiry email.
Where your enquiry concerns a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The map is not loaded when the page is first opened. A connection to Google is only established after you actively select “Show Google Maps”.

Our website does not permanently save your map consent. Reloading the page blocks the map again.
